See it before you fly
For our properties in Spain and Florida we produce virtual tours. You walk through the house in your browser, look out of every window and measure rooms — before you buy a plane ticket.
They save time in Germany too: someone moving to Hofheim from the north looks at ten properties on screen first and then drives to two.

How a tour works
You move through the property in your browser, switch between rooms, look out of the windows and measure walls — without an appointment and without travelling.
That way you establish before a viewing whether the property is of interest at all. Whatever remains, you go and see in person.

Video identification instead of an ID copy
You would rather not send pictures of your ID? You do not have to. With video identification you identify yourself from home or on the move — in a few minutes and free of charge.
Why it is required
- the law requires identification
- at the latest before a purchase intention or viewing
- this applies to every agent
What you need
- an identity document
- a camera on your computer or a smartphone
- a few minutes
What it costs
- nothing
- no ID copy by email
- no appointment at the office
Name the provider of the tour and of the video identification here — relevant for the privacy policy.
